G-Phase Image of Head Lamp Inspection System

GIHI-1000 uses the Machine Vision System to detect abnormalities in Lens for Head Lamps. Acquisition of the image of the light source that is being probed on the screen and analyze the area in Angle based on Cut-Off Line. It is an inspection system that automatically analyzes G-Phase Value (Sharpness Factor) to determine the abnormalities of Lens.
